Job description

  • Business acumen, knows data, querying, ssis packages.
  • would they bridge manager of sales operations.
  • some people have the technical chops.
  • sales ops analytics.
  • This role will be 70% supporting current reporting capabilities.
  • 30% would be adhoc.
  • majority of ad hoc is already handled.
  • how are data sets and reports constructed.
  • Already have a backfill manager but this will be an individual contributor.
  • tech skills and bridge gap. they probably won't work directly with the stakeholders.
  • if they are really great we could let them talk but initially very siloed.
  • The team has one manager and 3-4 analysts.
  • person left last week. hasn't decided what we will do with this postiing. we are going through a CDW implementation right now.
  • not sure if we need it long term bc IT will own it. within our SQL warehouse we develop a lot of marketing programs and there are a lot of jobs off of that. we need someone to help manage that day to day. then help transition us to CDW.
  • but if they have good business acumen i will keep them.
  • Very limited touch with SAP. always helpful. big tableau shop.
  • using SSRS. SQL, SSIS, SSRS, DBA experience could really be a help for diagnosing issues and understanding data transfers.
