Purely Driven.Position SummaryAs a Financial Analyst on the Financial Reporting team, you will help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Nestl Purina PetCare financial reporting. This role supports both consolidated Nestl Purina SA reporting and internal management reporting by preparing financial statements, reconciliations, analysis, schedules, and audit-ready documentation. You will also partner across Finance, Accounting Operations, Group Accounting and Reporting, Nestl SA Business Services, tax, legal, and external audit teams to support sound accounting decisions and continuous process improvement.ResponsibilitiesSupport key areas of reporting for Nestl Purina PetCare financial statements included in consolidated Nestl SA results and internal management reportingPrepare and coordinate quarterly and year-end reporting deliverables, including Nestl Internal Balance Sheet reporting, management reports, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentationReconcile, control, and analyze key Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and strong documentationResearch and apply IFRS, Nestl Accounting Standards, and internal balance sheet reporting requirements to support compliant accounting treatmentProvide documentation and analysis required for interim and annual external audits, including PBCs and other audit supportSupport accounting-oriented projects, process changes, reporting improvements, controls, standardization, and automation opportunitiesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate financial information clearly and resolve reporting or accounting questionsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting2+ years of professional accounting experienceWithin the 2 years of required accounting experience, at least 1 year must be in public accountingOtherMaster's Degree in Accounting preferredCPA or pursuing preferredExperience with Excel, Power BI, SAP/GLOBE, or financial reporting dashboards preferredExperience supporting external audit requests, government surveys, or other compliance reporting requirements preferredExperience improving financial reporting processes through standardization, automation, stronger controls, or better documentation preferredDon?t meet all the qualifications listed under other ? Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
