As a Senior Software Developer, you'll play a key role in researching, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications that support our nationwide business operations. You'll work closely with business partners and fellow developers to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support ongoing modernization efforts.
This is a100% remote position with quarterly travel required to our corporate office in Spartanburg, SC for meetings, collaboration, and special projects. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.
What You'll Do
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Develop and enhance business-critical applications with a strong focus on PowerBuilder technologies.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support modernization initiatives and contribute ideas that improve systems, processes, and development practices.
  • Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and development approaches.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and solution design discussions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
