About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to design, develop, and optimize personalized customer journeys. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, campaign automation, and customer engagement strategies. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, marketing expertise, and strong communication skills to deliver data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, etc.)
  • Develop dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript and SQL.
  • Create and manage complex customer journeys, segmentation, and automation processes.
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure email deliverability best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
