Who Youโ€™ll Work With:

We are seeking a Nashville-based Programmer Analyst to join our Private Client Web Reporting Team. The Private Wealth Development team supports the Private Wealth Sales, Institutional Sales, Wealth Management, Marketing, and Operations departments. The Private Wealth Reporting team develops web applications that help our clients stay informed about their investments and support our sales teams in every aspect of their interactions with clients. The team develops and supports several client-facing websites, intranet web applications, reporting, and REST services utilized by mobile applications and other internal systems.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

This position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, deploying, and supporting applications to enhance the business and operational processes used by Private Wealth clients, advisors, associates, and operations. The ideal candidate must be able to learn quickly, communicate effectively, multitask, and prioritize work. As a member of the Private Wealth Reporting team, the developer will work with state-of-the-art technologies to create applications that solve complex financial issues for clients and support advisors and their teams in their interactions with clients. This integration of technical and financial skills makes the position both highly challenging and interesting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to maintain and improve existing UI architecture while proactively addressing potential issues. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into intuitive, high-performance user experiences, ensuring successful project outcomes.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

B.S. in Computer Science or a related field

3+ years of hands-on programming experience with C# .NET or .NET Core, including ASP.NET MVC and REST Services

2+ years of experience with a modern OOP language

Comfortable writing and troubleshooting SQL queries and stored procedures

Working knowledge of SQL programming (SQL Server preferred)

Ability to understand complex business requirements and conceptualize software solutions

Ability to communicate and partner with business users and other development teams

Provide support during unexpected outages

Preferred Qualifications:
