Job Description:
Your key responsibilities
• Design, implement and manage the SQL queries to be consumed by multiple stakeholders.
• Detect and resolve data quality and integrity issues in the dataset.
• Enhance or create new logical and physical data model to meet business needs, applying data modeling standards and naming conventions.
• Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation meets performance expectations.
• Test and debug the deliverable code to ensure they function correctly.
• Develop data mapping from existing systems to the new data structures.
• Experience in data migration using the industry standard tools.
• Experience in SQL tuning and optimization using explain plan and trace files.
• Partitioning and indexing strategy for optimal performance
• Must have a good verbal and written communication skill with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in understanding complex source system data structures preferably in Financial Services
• Ability to work with minimal guidance in a time critical environment.
• Work with business stakeholders and Agile scrum teams on design, definition, documentation, and implementation of features for new applications and data structure

• 8+ years of experience working in different database technologies
• Strong hands on knowledge of SQL
• Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation meets performance expectations.
• Run query plans, query tuning and schema refinement.
• Help with database migrations and building database scripts
