Job Description:

 Skilled SQL Developer with strong experience in database scripting and data migration projects using Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and executing data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and seamless system transitions.

 Develop, write, and optimize complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.

  • Design and execute data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency during migrations.
  • Work extensively with SQL Server (SQL DMP / Data Migration Platform) tools and utilities.
  • Analyze existing database structures and support data transformation and integration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and query inefficiencies.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, application developers, and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for scripts, processes, and migration activities.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-migration validation activities.
