IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) We are seeking SME level IT Specialists for our FBI program in Huntsville, AL.  * Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. 
* Participates as needed in all phases of development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases. 
* Typically requires specialization in particular software or business application utilized in an end user environment. 
* Keeps abreast of technological developments and applications. 
Requirements: * Tech Experience with: Oracle DB Dev, Oracle PL/SQL, OEM, Linux, Jira, bitbucket, SQL Developer, experience working within an AWS environment
* 10 years of experience  
* Bachelor Degree in related field or in lieu of degree 4 additional years of Experience
* TS security clearance
