Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Senior BI Developer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about working on cutting-edge data solutions. The role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing data warehouses and reporting systems to drive business intelligence for critical decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and optimize data solutions: Design, implement, and maintain robust data warehouses and data pipelines using SQL Server Replication, SSIS, SSAS, and T-SQL scripting.
• Work on high-impact projects: Collaborate with business stakeholders to build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI & SSRS that provide deep insights from relational and SSAS data sources.
• Data-driven innovation: Develop ad hoc reports that extract and analyze key client and service data, helping to shape business strategy through actionable insights.
• ETL processes: Lead the development of Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) workflows to process data from a variety of internal and external sources, ensuring the integrity and quality of the data.
• Continuous improvement: Analyze and evaluate current data systems, identifying areas for enhancement, and recommending improvements to ensure the scalability and performance of our BI solutions.
• Support: Provide support during off hours, deployments & migrations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server BI Suite, including: SQL Server 2019, T-SQL, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS.
• 5+ years of expertise in designing and developing data warehouses, data marts, and dimensional models.
• Strong background in building and enhancing reports, scorecards, and dashboards with Power BI and SSRS.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new data technologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
• Building cubes using SSAS
