We are looking for an experienced Senior PL/SQL Developer with a minimum of 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in a high-impact transformation program that involves the design, development, and implementation of complex financial routines within Valuations area aimed at automating and simplifying existing manual processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals, particularly in the reinsurance domain.
  • Lead the design and development of complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, and queries, with a strong focus on performance tuning and scalability.
  • Manage data transformation and migration processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency, while handling large data volumes using advanced partitioning techniques.
  • Drive the performance optimization of PL/SQL code by tuning queries and procedures to efficiently manage high data volumes and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement and debug intricate financial routines, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Provide expert insights into PL/SQL best practices, data management strategies, and integration solutions, contributing to technical discussions and solutioning efforts.
  • Work with the change management team to ensure smooth implementation of system changes, adhering to project timelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including performance tuning, dynamic SQL, and advanced query development.
