Job Description

-The contractor shall have a thorough knowledge of database systems bothย 
in the development and in the maintenance.ย 
The contractor shall have thorough knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008 (or newer version) programming and have experience in developing database systems.ย 
-The contractor shall have a thorough knowledge of other web programming systems: HTML, ASP, and JavaScript languages along with experience using other web tools such as Visual Interdev, FrontPage, and Dreamweaver.ย 
-The Contractor shall have a thorough knowledge in problem solving and troubleshooting database, programming, and business problems.ย 
-The contractor shall have a thorough knowledge of report development and data manipulation as well as data validation and a thorough working knowledge of Crystal Report Application Server 10.ย 
-Experience with government regulatory agencies as well as processes for regulatory licensing, compliance, and field-testing.ย 
The contractor shall have experience with web site creation, setup, and management.ย 
-Experience with SQL database utilities: backup, restore, reorganization, export, and import.ย 

Qualifications


-Develop, manage, maintain, and support the existing SQL Database structure including data extractions, transformations, and reports. Debug the current Department business database and screen elements. The contractor shall act as the Department's Database Administrator.ย 
-The contractor shall have a full understanding of SQL language and be able to generate, design, test, and debug custom screens, queries, and tables using MS-SQL per defined technicaย
