Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement.
Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and successfully convince them to join.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the US through internet job portals - (Monster.com,Tech-Fech.com and Dice.com), direct phone sourcing, networking (LinkedIn), vendors and referrals.
Sourcing & screening the profiles for different requirements in a day.
Activities included but not limited to developing and building channel / vendor relations, understanding existing and pending client needs and closing requisitions

Role: SQL DBA

Location: Redmond, WA (Locals Only)

Duration: 6+ months


Major Responsibilities

              Application Monitoring and Incident Management along with Incident Investigation & Restoration work

              Understanding the root causes of the issues and follow up with internal teams for any gaps

              Make critical operations decisions by prioritizing multiple, simultaneous events

              Coordinate work performed by multiple teams and track resolution.

              Coordinate appropriate escalation notification and High Priority process execution

              Prepare and execute test cases in collaboration with business owners to ensure that the operational integration aspects of all the releases are properly validated and ready for deployment on Production environments

              Execute manual/automated test cases for deployment validation and verification

              Prerequisite data validation/Verification, troubleshooting of all the distributed infrastructure for deployments

              Create manual/automated test scripts for pre & post deployment validations in multiple environments including Production/Non Production

              Troubleshooting, data validation/verification and data set up for various releases and patches

              Preparing the multiple environments and ensuring the distributed infrastructure is up to date with latest patches installed

              Streamline communication between Client services and the IT/Dev teams

              Ensure proper taxonomy used for the creation and closure of tickets

              Ensure all work performed follows procedures listed in the TSG

              Manages resources, coordinates and participates in activities associated with multiple environments including Production/Non Production SQL Servers

              Plan automated backups and fail-over configurations

              Make critical operations decisions by prioritizing multiple, simultaneous events

              Coordinate appropriate escalation notification and High Priority process execution
