Title: Sr. SQL Developer

Location: SFO, CA

Duration: 3+ Months 

Need GC or USC


Total years of experience required is 8+ years

NEED LOCAL CONSULTANTS


The role is:

Hands on Sr SQL Server Development (50%) with some Architect(25%) and Project Lead(25%) experience.


Hands on Sr SQL Server SSIS Developer :

6+ years experience in database development, administration and support in MS SQL Server environments.

2+ experience architect / design solutions and the ability to convert that into technical specifications

3+ experience in leading Onshore/Offshore teams and successful execution on Unisite Delivery

Capture business requirements and translate them to data requirements and recommended solution(s). Produce documentation for these requirements and solutions.

SQL Development - ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design ( stored procs, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints ).

Create & maintain Integration services (BIDS) Packages, and write complex SQL statements for large scale databases.


Code optimization and performance tuning

Design, develop, enhance and support database applications

Development of complex SQL Code (stored procedures, triggers, views and functions

Good experience in Database Administration in SQL Server ( 2005 and 2008 ).

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, security issues, Query Performance Tuning & Optimization using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Ability to work on multiple projects to provide adequate and proactive support for various business initiatives and applications
