Behind our hidden red door lies a world of espionage-inspired dining, complete with secret passages, two-way mirrors, and global intrigue. But every successful operation depends on flawless execution behind the scenes. As a SafeHouse Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items, maintaining strict food safety standards, and ensuring every plate meets mission-level excellence.
Your Mission Objectives:
  • Prepare all station-specific food items according to standard recipes and guest specifications-precision and consistency are key to success.
  • Inspect and select only the highest-quality ingredients to ensure every dish meets operational standards.
  • Maintain proper food storage, portion control, and organization of all kitchen products, including stocks and sauces.
  • Keep all workstations, refrigeration units, and kitchen areas clean, sanitized, and compliant with health regulations.
  • Set up, maintain, and break down your station with efficiency-always ready for the next wave of orders.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, ensuring everything is in proper working condition.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality-every plate is part of the guest experience.
  • Assist with inventory, requisitions, and proper storage of food items after service.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols-no shortcuts on this mission.
