About the role
As a member of the Logistics and Warehouse team, the Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of products through order processing, shipping, and receiving operations. The primary focus of this position is Order Processing and Shipping, with additional responsibilities in Receiving and Inventory Management.
Accuracy and efficiency are the cornerstones of this position - performance will be evaluated based primarily on these two key areas.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Order Processing & Shipping (Primary Duties)
  • Efficiently process all sales orders submitted by the Sales Team.
  • Print and confirm order details prior to fulfillment.
  • Pull and verify requested products from inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Package products in a space-efficient and secure manner while maintaining sterile integrity.
  • Validate orders using NetSuite (inventory management software).
  • Create and verify shipping labels using NetSuite, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS, USPS, and DHL systems.
  • Confirm shipping label accuracy prior to release.
  • Update tracking information and communicate status to internal teams.
  • Maintain open communication with the Sales Team regarding order and shipment status.
  • Assist with product inquiries and clarifications as needed.
  • Ensure adequate supply levels and place replenishment orders when necessary.

Receiving Responsibilities
  • Create and reconcile purchase orders.
  • Conduct product inspections and confirm sterile integrity upon receipt.
  • Accurately enter and update data in the system using barcoding technology.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in received goods.
  • Create new product codes and descriptions when applicable.
  • Perform market research to support cost and price determinations.
  • Organize and shelve inventory in an orderly manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking communications.

Key Competencies

  • Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP/inventory management systems.
