Knowledge of training equipment, sprinting spikes, starting blocks, and familiarity with strength and conditioning programs are essential. Mental focus, discipline, and resilience are crucial soft skills that help athletes perform under pressure and recover from setbacks. Mastering these abilities is critical for maximizing performance, preventing injury, and achieving competitive success in sprinting events.
