The Sprinter Sales Consultant is the person who connects those clients to the right vehicle, builds the relationship, and keeps them coming back.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sell new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans to retail and commercial clients -- understanding their operational requirements and presenting the right configuration, payload, and upfit options

Develop and grow a commercial client base across Anchorage and the broader Alaska market -- through outreach, referrals, fleet relationships, and consistent follow-up

Serve as a trusted resource for Sprinter clients -- guiding them through vehicle selection, financing options, upfit coordination, and the full purchase process

Build and maintain an active pipeline through disciplined CRM use and consistent client communication

Coordinate with service, parts, and finance to ensure a seamless client experience from purchase through ownership

Stay current on Sprinter configurations, available upfits, Mercedes-Benz commercial programs, and fleet incentives

Represent Mercedes-Benz of Anchorage and Swickard's hospitality standard in every client interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive, commercial vehicle, or B2B sales experience preferred -- strong candidates from any sales or client-facing background are encouraged to apply

Commercial van or fleet sales experience a significant plus -- familiarity with Sprinter configurations, upfit options, and fleet purchasing processes is highly valued

Relationship-oriented and persistent -- Sprinter clients are repeat buyers and referral sources when they're taken care of

Self-motivated with strong CRM discipline and consistent follow-through

Clear, professional communicator -- Sprinter clients range from small contractors to government fleet managers and each expects a consultant who is knowledgeable and responsive

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A genuine hospitality mindset -- in Anchorage, your clients are your neighbors and they remember how you treated them
