Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, plus weekends and overtime as needed

Qualifications

  • Valid California Class C Driver’s License
  • Prior DSD, route sales, delivery driving, or merchandising experience preferred
  • Comfortable with customer interaction and sales conversations
  • Familiar with GPS navigation and local routes
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Must be willing to take the company sprinter van home and have secure parking
  • Clean driving record required:
  • No more than 1 violation
  • No DUI or reckless driving offenses
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs safely
  • Strong attendance and reliability required
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a company sprinter van in compliance with California driving regulations
  • Deliver and merchandise tortilla products to grocery stores and local customers on assigned routes
  • Perform Direct Store Delivery (DSD) sales, including upselling products and supporting reorders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
  • Load and unload product at warehouse and customer locations
  • Use handheld devices and printers to complete invoices, credits, and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and work hours
  • Ensure proper product rotation and merchandising at store locations
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues immediately
