Job description

The ideal candidate is a creative team player with a multitude of experience in Residential Sprinkler Design and will be able to think strategically across different media platforms and own the design process from inception to install. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively. This is an in office position. 

Responsibilities

  • Design Fire Sprinkler plans for residential tract projects & custom homes.
  • Work with builders to ensure all plans are correct and delivered on time.
  • Submit permits and inspections when applicable.
  • Keep track of all projects, installs and inspections.
  • Multi-task while designing components of various projects.
  • Be willing to learn multifamily and commercial designs.


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of Residential fire sprinkler design.
  • Proficiency in hydro calcs.
  • Experience with any sprinkler design software.
  • NICET I is preferred but not a requirement.
