Job description

We are looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant who's interested in learning about the hospitality industry, is organized, able to work in fast-paced environments and has a strong sense of urgency. The individual should possess strong communication skills, have a friendly and kind demeanor towards colleagues and guests, and who can think outside the box. This position is non-exempt and reports to the Executive Housekeeper. The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $22.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain cleanliness in hotel guest rooms.
  • Ensure our arriving guests will encounter an impeccably clean, functional, and welcoming room.
  • Refill guest amenities as needed.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects, so the property never feels stale
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

Who You Are
  • Passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service. This enthusiasm will be apparent from speaking with you.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Open availability required. Must be prepared to work mostly morning shifts (for example: 7-3:30 pm, weekdays, weekends, holidays).
