Since 1991, Spring Footwear has been dedicated to helping people look great and feel even better, offering high-quality, comfort-driven shoes that blend European craftsmanship with timeless style. Our store at Jackson Premium Outlets proudly brings this experience to our loyal shoppers, and we're looking for Part-Time Sales Associates to continue that tradition of comfort, care, and connection.

What You'll Do
As a Spring Step Shoes Sales Associate, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience - one that reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging customers with genuine warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge.
  • Driving sales by identifying customer needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, and upselling complementary styles.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Supporting back-of-house operations such as inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment.
