Maintenance Technician – Full Time
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

On-Call Requirement:
This position includes participation in an on-call rotation with other team members. You will only be on call during your assigned rotation—not every weekend.

Typical Essential Functions
  • Work independently to complete maintenance requests
  • Perform general maintenance work including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Maintain required departmental databases
  • Support other Maintenance team members with tasks
  • Respond to emergencies following the Emergency Action Plan
  • Assist with Maintenance, Grounds, or other departmental duties during staff absences or shortages

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Vocational training in one maintenance trade preferred
  • 3–4 years of experience in the maintenance field
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
