Responsibilities

  • Support integrated marketing initiatives across agency marketing, social media, website content, email marketing and new business efforts.
  • Help manage and update CRM and marketing databases
  • Conduct research, tracking and reporting for marketing projects, campaigns, and new business pitches
  • Work within our social media management platform and assist with content creation, caption writing, scheduling and performance tracking
  • Support development of marketing materials including emails, presentations, case studies, award submissions and website content

Requirements

  • College student or recent grad
  • Previous internship or hands-on experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or a related field strongly preferred
  • Sharp written and verbal communication with an eagle eye for grammar, accuracy and detail
  • Highly resourceful and organized with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal skills, results-oriented, persistent
  • Tech savvy and embraces AI thoughtfully
  • Experience in HubSpot, WordPress, social media management tools, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
