Description: Administrative Clerical
Job Summary: This is a full-time position at Spring Lake Park High School, responsible for supporting the flow and function of the main office. This position is part of our building clerical team, which is collectively committed to being a high functioning team that provides exceptional service and support to our students, staff, families and each other. Working closely with administration and the counseling team, some of the functions of this role are to provided excellent customer service to all stakeholders, support the flow of services in and through the main office, support the processing of office discipline referrals and resolutions, support families during the enrollment process, and the oversight of student records. Additional duties include preparing for major building events such as Open House, Parent Teacher Conferences, and registration, etc., and duties as assigned
Qualifications: AA degree preferred. Bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred. Candidate must be able to handle confidential information, perform tasks proficiently while handling frequent interruptions, and possess good communication skills. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Personal skills must include a professional, friendly, positive, and cooperative work style and the ability to work with many types of people in different circumstances. Previous office management, secretarial, or bookkeeping experience is required, as well as above average word processing keyboarding and other clerical skills including extensive background in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as Google suite of tools.

  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred
  • Previous clerical experience in an education setting preferred
