Job description

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Activeย  Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.ย 
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practiceย 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicableย 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)ย 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirementsย 
  • Must be at least 18 years of ageย ย
