Registered Nurse (RN) - Spring Hill Care and Rehab
Spring Hill, Kansas

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital role in our rehabilitation nursing team, providing total care to our residents and exceeding their expectations.
Competitive Compensation Package
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly salary of $35.00 - $41.50 and daily pay options. We're committed to recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), your responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring residents' condition and needs, and providing total care
  • Administering medications and treatments, and reporting any changes in condition
  • Overseeing the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff, and ensuring that resident care plans are being followed
  • Completing documentation, and admitting and discharging residents
  • Maintaining confidentiality and following Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service, and building relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues
Requirements
To be qualified for this position, you should possess:
  • RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
  • Desire to work with the elderly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred
  • Trustworthy and respectful of others, dependable, professional, and a team player

Work Schedule
This full-time position works 12-hour shifts, 7am to 7pm.
