IL and Calumet City, IL locations, providing manufacturing excellence and best-in-class quality and customer service.

We are looking for a Spray Dry Machine Operator for our Chicago, IL location to join our team, and enjoy a dynamic, collaborative culture. This role will allow you to engage with the many exciting facets of a flavor and ingredient manufacturer. The ideal individual will a critical thinker, detailed oriented and results driven, but also have fun along the way. This is a full-time position with overtime.

Summary: Machine Operation and Plant labor assisting in Production Department under the direction of the Department Manager and Sr. Shift Leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include some of the following during a normal workday. Other duties may be assigned.

Assists in the flavor and ingredient manufacturing production process.

Ability to take weights and read thermometers.

Willing to learn and use lab equipment.

Light mechanical ability required.

Ensures proper cleaning and sanitation of the production area immediately following each production run.

Properly completes paperwork for each production run. Including the pre-production and post-production check, and the operating parameters during production.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job is responsible has no supervisory duties.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.   • Spray Dry Machine Operation preferred, but willing to train
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Email, Word and Excel)
  • Comfortable using basic math skills
  • Must possess a strong work ethic
  • Must be Team Oriented

Education and/or Experience: A high school degree or equivalent is preferred for this position.

Language Skills: English language

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math.
