Insulation Commandos is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Insulation Installers to join our growing team. We help homeowners improve comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality through professional insulation and air sealing services.

Whether you have prior insulation experience or are looking to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you. We provide training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Install various insulation products including blown-in, batt, and spray foam insulation
  • Perform attic, crawl space, and wall insulation projects
  • Air seal homes and buildings to improve energy efficiency
  • Remove old or damaged insulation when necessary
  • Operate insulation blowing equipment and other job-related tools
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards on every project
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
  • Load and unload materials and equipment as needed

Qualifications

  • Construction, insulation, roofing, HVAC, or general labor experience preferred
