Wisconsin Home Improvement is looking for an experienced Low-Pressure Spray Foam Crew Lead. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy leading a crew, and want year-round work with a respected, family-owned company, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Do
  • Lead a crew performing low-pressure spray foam installations in residential and light commercial applications.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to WHI quality standards.
  • Prepare job sites and operate low-pressure spray foam equipment.
  • Read work orders and verify materials needed for each project.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers.
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and keep company vehicles and job sites clean and organized.
  • Complete job documentation and communicate project updates with the office.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience with spray foam installation required.
  • Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, in attics, crawl spaces, and other construction environments.
