Job description

Country Suburban is looking for an experienced spray foam applicator to join our growing team. Applicant must have experience installing both Closed Cell, Open Cell Spray Foam, and Cellulose. This position within the company is expected to consistently perform high-quality spray foam insulation services, diagnose and troubleshoot spray foam equipment, perform required maintenance, and ALWAYS provide 5-star customer service.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a great work ethic.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30.
  • Experience installing Closed Cell, Open Cell Spray Foam, and Cellulose.
  • Ability to install product within specified thickness.
  • Ability to meet or exceed production quotas.
  • Ability to diagnose and fix problems with equipment and material.
  • Ability to take instruction and work well with others.
  • Ability to perform all required job functions safely.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Adheres to job site safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws.
  • Ensures that the rig is safely driven to job site locations.
  • Perform job-site inspections and ensure jobs can be performed safely.
  • Installs insulation based on the specifications of each job.
  • Follows standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation.
  • Ensures adequate job site prep & cleanup.
  • Equipment operation.
  • Completes a high-quality job while maintaining efficiency.
  • Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field.
  • Communicates professionally with customers, team members, and management.
  • Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
  • Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Provides instruction and training to junior team members.
  • Communicates any issues to leadership.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
  • The working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
