Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice as a Supervising Psychiatrist. This leadership role combines patient care with clinical supervision and mentorship while supporting innovative interventional psychiatry services, including Ketamine Therapy, Spravato (Esketamine), and TMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for outpatient patients.
  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while monitoring patient outcomes.
  • Deliver and supervise interventional psychiatry services, including Ketamine Therapy, Spravato (Esketamine), and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
  • Serve as the Supervising Psychiatrist, providing clinical oversight, mentorship, and collaboration for Psychiatric NPs, PAs, and therapists.
  • Consult on complex psychiatric cases and ensure high standards of patient care and clinical quality.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocol development, peer review, and provider education.
  • Act as the collaborating physician for advanced practice providers in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license (Colorado preferred).
  • Experience with TMS, Ketamine Therapy, Spravato, or other interventional psychiatry treatments.
  • Active DEA registration.
  • Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government insurance plans.
