Centrifuge Field Service Engineer/Technician – Washington, DC Region (On-Site)

With 17+ years of experience and deep expertise across platforms like AKTA FPLC, LC/MS, centrifuges, and Biacore SPR systems, ATG supports clients across North America, Europe, and the UK. They are known for strong technical capability and a customer-first approach.

We are looking for a Centrifuge Field Service Engineer/Technician to support the Washington, DC region. This is a hands-on, client-facing role working directly with laboratory equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repair, preventative maintenance, and calibration on centrifuge systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site at customer labs
  • Provide technical support and guidance on proper system use and maintenance
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery
  • Manage service schedules and travel to client sites as needed (75% regional travel)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with laboratory equipment (centrifuges preferred)
  • Strong mechanical and/or electromechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Field service experience with the ability to work independently
