The Mission

You are being hired as the VP of Partnerships to transform Bynder’s global partner ecosystem into a hyper-scaled engine of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), your mission is to lead the strategic evolution of our alliances—spanning Global System Integrators (GSIs), regional agencies, technology partners, and independent software vendors (ISVs)—ensuring they view Bynder as the essential content orchestration layer for enterprise digital transformation.

The Team: Winning Together

At Bynder, collaboration is our superpower. You’ll join a high-energy team of ecosystem and revenue professionals who believe in sharing market insights and winning as one. You will partner closely with our Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success teams to ensure our partner co-selling framework places our customers' long‑term growth at the heart of every alliance.

What You’ll Do (Weekly Focus)

To reach your milestones, you will spend your time on:

  • Strategic Execution: Owning the global partner P& L under the CRO's organization, driving revenue growth while continuously challenging the status quo through calculated, data‑driven risks to unlock hidden market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Building highly collaborative channels with Product Management to ensure partner feedback is used for continuous product improvement, and collaborating with regional Sales VPs to eliminate channel conflict.
  • Innovation: Utilizing AI‑driven sales tools and advanced predictive data analytics to optimize pipeline forecasting velocity and guide partners on how to monetize Bynder's customizable AI Agents.
Your Profile

We look for the following competencies to thrive in this role:

  • Expertise: 10+ years of experience in SaaS Channel/Partnership leadership, specifically within the MarTech, DXP, or Content Ecosystem space, with a proven track record of driving multi-million dollar partner‑influenced ARR.
  • Complexity: A gift for navigating complex global alliance stakeholder maps (GSIs, global agencies, ISVs) and simplifying the "Bynder value" within large‑scale digital transformations.
  • Ownership: A "get it done" mindset with total accountability for your ecosystem forecast accuracy, building teams with strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and commercial expertise.
  • Collaboration: High EQ and the ability to build strong, global relationships, fostering creativity through passionate, purposeful, and respectful debates.
The Bynder Experience: What We Have
  • We Scale and Grow: Leveraging AI and other tools to enhance efficiency, allowing us to focus on high‑impact activities.
  • We Compete to Win: Working as a unified team to overcome challenges while celebrating successes and having fun together.
  • We Hire and Develop the Best: Embracing diversity, fostering creativity, and encouraging intellectual curiosity among all Byndies.
  • We Communicate Transparently, Timely, and Respectfully: Actively seeking and providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement with full accountability for outcomes.
  • We Empower Our Customers to Thrive: Delivering efficiency and successful business outcomes as our ultimate performance measure.
Our Commitment

Bynder Love is the principle that guides the way we grow our teams, support our employees, and celebrate our differences. At Bynder we strive to create a culture that embraces every Byndie because differences in background, experience, and perspective make Bynder even better. At Bynder a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace is one where all employees, whatever their ethnicity, color, sex, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or physical and mental ability are valued and respected.
