Senior Associate, Sportsbook Operations
As a Senior Associate, Sportsbook Operations, you'll build a strong foundation in how a sportsbook operates while gaining exposure to the strategy, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination that drive revenue. You'll play a hands-on role in executing key sports moments, including game day operations, while helping teams stay aligned and move with speed. Working across multiple functions, you'll help turn real-time events into engaging, bettable experiences for our customers. Over time, you'll take on greater ownership of sports and cross-functional initiatives, shaping how we deliver high-impact moments across the Sportsbook.'
What you'll do as a Senior Associate, Sportsbook Operations
  • Execute sportsbook strategy across live sports windows, identifying key moments and bringing them to market in real time.
  • Partner with Social, Customer Relationship Management, Integrated Marketing, and Merchandising teams to support go-to-market campaigns, live moment activation, and promotional execution.
  • Support on-site merchandising efforts, including content placement, prioritization, and optimization across sports and promotional surfaces.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to drive fast, aligned execution across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support game day operations, ensuring smooth execution while responding to live moments, promotions, and in-game opportunities, including nights and weekends during peak seasons (for example, NFL and college football).
  • Maintain and improve centralized organization of initiatives, timelines, and performance tracking to ensure clear visibility across teams.
  • Use data to support sport-specific strategy, identifying opportunities for optimization and informing key decisions.
  • Contribute to key moments and campaigns across a variety of sports throughout the year.

What you'll bring
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced or consumer-facing environment.
  • A strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics, with interest across multiple leagues.
  • The ability to operate effectively in real-time, high-pressure environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams without direct ownership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 60,800.00 USD - 76,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
