Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center offers a dynamic and supportive environment designed to promote healing and wellness. As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical staff, to create comprehensive treatment plans. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a stable work-life balance.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical status and functional capabilities to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to address musculoskeletal disorders and improve range of motion and strength.
  • Educate patients and their families about post-treatment care, injury prevention, and wellness strategies to empower their recovery process.
  • Monitor and document patients’ progress through Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, actively adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers in the facility to coordinate care, ensuring an integrated approach to patient rehabilitation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your capacity as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal issues. Our clients range from pediatric to geriatric populations, providing a varied case mix that fosters a richer clinical experience. You will develop meaningful relationships with patients, offering emotional support and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
