Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized evaluation and treatment plans for patients with diverse musculoskeletal conditions.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities, to facilitate recovery.
• Conduct regular progress assessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage actively with patients, providing clear explanations of treatment objectives and fostering a collaborative approach to rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, primarily WebPT.
• Mentor and train junior staff and physical therapy interns, sharing expertise and promoting best practices in rehabilitation.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain issues. As a Physical Therapist at Hand in Hand Rehab Center, you will be instrumental in guiding patients through personalized rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring function and promoting independence in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong background in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with operating EMR systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings, particularly with orthopedic and postoperative patients.
• Certification in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as kinesiology, dry needling, or sports therapy.
• Proficient in developing treatment programs for patients with chronic health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
