Lead Performance & Fitness Coach - Atascocita, TX
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Become the Coach Everyone Wants to Train WithAt D1 Training, we're not looking for someone to simply lead workouts. We're looking for a coach who creates energy the moment they walk into the room.
Someone who can inspire a first-time mom working toward better health, challenge a high school athlete preparing for college, coach an elite HYROX competitor, and build relationships that keep members coming back week after week.

What You'll Do
Coach World-Class Training Sessions
  • Lead high-energy group training sessions

Build Relationships

Client Growth & Community Outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and outreach in the Lake Houston market.
  • Represent the facility at local sports events, schools, and community organizations
  • Assist with consultations and new member onboarding
  • Support HYROX, youth performance and adult fitness growth initiatives.

Qualifications
  • NSCA (CSCS) NSCA (NSCA-CPT), NASM, ISSA, ACE or equivalent nationally recognized certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Science or related field preferred, or equivalent coaching experience.
  • 2+ years of experience coaching group fitness, sports performance, personal training or strength & conditioning.
  • HYROX, CrossFit, collegiate athletics, strength & conditioning, or competitive athletic background is a plus.
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed
