Job description

This is a generic posting and used for all Team Opns Dir/Major Sports 1 hires.

Manages and coordinates the integrated operational and programmatic activities of the UNM intercollegiate Division I Major Sports program, which consist of Football, Men's Basketball and Women's Basketball. Provides professional leadership, consultation, and expertise to coaches and related personnel engaged in program activities and initiatives. Develops and implements related operating policies and procedures, and provides strategic planning, budgeting, and operational assessment for the program. The Major Sports program is a key revenue source and is of strategic value and importance to the University at local, regional, and national levels.
