Clinic Details:

Our physical therapy center in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated selfstarter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, postoperative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, neurological conditions, sports performance, and more.

1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates!

Compensation:

  • Salary starting at $75,000 up to $105,000 (Commensurate with experience)
  • Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus
  • $350/ Monthly Student Debt Repayment Program 
  • Mileage Reimbursement between clinics provided
Location: Join our Fort Wayne team! This role includes working at our Lima Road, Dupont Road, and Maysville Road locations, with travel between sites as needed. Mileage reimbursement provided.

  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
