As a Retail Associate at Mountain Hardware and Sports, you will have the opportunity to engage customers with expert advice across all store departments. Ranging from hardware and tools, soft goods, seasonal items and more. If you're looking to help customers on the sales floor, all while processing transactions, merchandising, and learning cross-departmentally, this position could be a great fit.

Work location: on-site (Donner Pass)

Schedule: full-time (8hr shift - 40hrs/week)

• Assist with merchandising, stocking, loading/unloading merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness

• Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and promotions to provide relevant information


Skills and Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States

• Must be at least 18 years or older

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English

• Must have ability to distinguish and decipher colors for mixing and matching

• Must have ability to lift up to 56lbs

• Must have ability to use a ladder

• Ability to use provided computer, programs, and technology-based equipment when needed

• Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced, confined environment while maintaining focus and efficiency

• Ability to multi-task


Experience

• Customer service: 1+ year (preferred)
