• Conduct property visits, market assessments, sales strategy meetings, and performance reviews

• Establish effective standards for prospecting, CRM utilization, pipeline management, account development, and sales reporting

• Support significant RFPs, account negotiations, group opportunities, and regional or national business development

• Create cross-selling opportunities throughout the hotel portfolio

• Partner with hotel brand sales organizations and national account teams

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and annual hotel business planning

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing hotel sales professionals

• Represent Sand Hospitality at industry events, trade shows, and key client meetings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Progressive hotel sales leadership experience with demonstrated revenue growth

• Regional, Area, Multi-Property, Corporate, or property-level Director of Sales experience strongly preferred

• Experience supporting multiple hotels, markets, or brands preferred

• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategy, revenue management, ADR, RevPAR, market share, and segmentation

• Experience with STR, hotel CRM systems, RFP platforms, and brand sales resources

• Proven ability to analyze performance and translate data into effective sales strategies

• Strong leadership, coaching, business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to influence and lead teams across multiple locations

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent hotel sales leadership experience
