Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in target accounts, with a strong focus on market expansion
  • Partner closely with MDMs and full-line sales representatives to align account strategy, support case coverage, and maximize product pull-through
  • Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to ensure successful product use and customer confidence
  • Lead product education, in-service training, and clinical discussions with surgeons, OR staff, and key decision-makers
  • Execute territory-specific market development plans to expand penetration in priority accounts and segments
  • Support local and regional access efforts through value messaging, pricing alignment, and contract execution
  • Analyze territory performance, identify growth gaps, and implement targeted strategies to improve penetration and consistency
  • Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical stakeholders, and economic decision-makers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience required
  • Market development experience preferred

Key Competencies

  • Market development and opportunity creation
  • Clinical credibility and product expertise
  • Strategic account management
  • Execution and accountability
  • Collaboration and influence without authority
  • Territory ownership mindset
  • Proven success introducing and growing new or innovative products in a competitive environment
  • Strong clinical acumen with the ability to engage credibly in procedural and surgical discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to create demand, influence adoption, and develop new business opportunities
  • Proven track record of collaboration across sales teams and cross-functional partners
  • Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently

Success Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Consistently grow BioBrace and tissue revenue within the territory
  • Expand the footprint of BioBrace and MTF in both existing and competitive accounts
  • Build strong partnerships with full-line sales representatives, MDMs, and clinical stakeholders
  • Create momentum through education, case support, and surgeon advocacy
