About the Role
Soccer Shots is looking for a *Business Operations Intern* who wants hands-on experience in a growing, community-focused business.
This isn't a traditional administrative internship. You'll work alongside our team on real business projects involving operations, marketing, customer experience, data, and business development.
You'll also spend time on the field, delivering the product, giving you a direct understanding of our customers and the product we deliver.
What You'll Do
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and community partners.
  • Analyze enrollment and customer data and help identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with marketing, social media, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Research competitors, markets, and potential business partnerships.
  • Help improve operational processes and customer communication.
  • Track and report on enrollment trends.
  • Help manage website and class registration platform.
  • Assist or Head Coach 5–12 classes per week to gain hands-on experience with our programs.
