At Southern Oregon Orthopedics, our physical therapy team works directly with top orthopedic doctors to deliver high-level care from surgery through full recovery.

Schedule & Patient Care
  • Flexible scheduling (most PTs work 4x10s)
  • 1:1 patient care model
  • 45-minute treatment sessions focused on quality outcomes

What You’ll Work With
  • Modern rehab gyms with turf, squat racks, and Rogue strength equipment
  • VALD Dynamo strength testing, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), and return-to-sport tools
  • Outdoor space for agility and performance-based rehab

Career Growth & Development

About You
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (new graduates encouraged to apply)

Your Role
  • Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic caseload (spine, knee, hip, shoulder, and more)
  • Collaborate daily with surgeons and medical providers
  • Participate in mentorship, education, and team development
  • Contribute to the continued growth and excellence of our PT program
