Position Type: Full-Time/Seasonal, September 2026-April 2027 (Entry-Level / Post-Graduate Internship)
Compensation: Paid, Monthly Stipend
Position Overview
The Huntsville Havoc are seeking a highly organized, driven Corporate Partnership Coordinator to join our front office team. This full-time, paid position is ideal for a recent graduate pursuing a career in sports sales, sponsorship, and business development.
This role plays a key part in generating revenue, executing sponsorship agreements, and ensuring our corporate partners receive measurable value and first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and secure new corporate partners
  • Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations
  • Create customized sponsorship proposals
  • Assist in negotiating and closing agreements
  • Track and execute all sponsorship assets (signage, digital, social, promotions, hospitality)
  • Maintain detailed CRM records, contracts, invoices, and payment schedules
  • Manage sponsorship calendars and ensure all deliverables are fulfilled on time
  • Prepare end-of-season recap reports demonstrating ROI
  • Serve as a primary contact for assigned partners during home games
  • Oversee in-game promotions and sponsor activations
  • Ensure partner spaces and branding are executed properly
  • Phone & In-Person Ticket Sales
  • Other Duties as Assigned
