Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
Provide general admin/office support.
Responsibilities
  • Performs essential tasks in assisting the Sports Information Office on game days for various sports; including (but not limited to) football, soccer, volleyball, water polo, basketball, baseball, softball and lacrosse.
  • This may include:
  • Accurately recording in-game statistics
  • Public Address Announcer
  • Scoreboard Operator
  • Time keeper
  • Assisting with social media
  • Video streaming (camera operators, technical directors, play by play announcers)

Required Qualifications
  • Little to minimal prior experience.
  • Ability to learn support process.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications
A cell phone, laptop, and or PC will be necessary for daily responsibilities. Communication is key for both roles; if something comes up, it is expected that you reach out and update your supervisor. Reliable transportation.
