About the Role:
Youth Athletes United is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Sports Coach to join our team in Tequesta, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young athletes by fostering a love of fitness, teamwork, and healthy competition. Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and lead engaging youth sports sessions and fitness activities
  • Instruct young athletes in proper techniques, rules, and sportsmanship
  • Monitor and evaluate athlete progress, adjusting coaching methods as needed
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding athlete development
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety standards before each session
