About Pinnacle Sports
Pinnacle Sports is a premier multi-sport and recreation facility serving athletes, families, teams, and organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. Our facility hosts a wide variety of youth and adult leagues, instructional programs, camps, tournaments, rentals, and special events across multiple sports.
With a fast-paced and diverse operation, Pinnacle provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports programming, event operations, customer service, facility management, and business operations.
Position Overview
Pinnacle Sports is seeking a motivated and dependable intern for the Fall/Winter season. This internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience for students interested in sports management, business, recreation, event operations, marketing, or facility management.
The intern will have the opportunity to assist with a variety of programs, leagues, events, and day-to-day operations throughout the facility. Depending on their schedule and internship requirements, the individual may also serve as a point person in the building during weekday and/or weekend shifts, helping oversee facility operations and ensuring programs and activities run smoothly.

The time commitment for this internship can be flexible and will be determined based on the student's internship requirements, availability, and Pinnacle Sports' operational needs. Opportunities may be available during weekday evenings and weekends.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have an interest in learning about the sports and recreation industry and be willing to take initiative and assist wherever needed. This internship is a great opportunity for a student looking to gain real-world experience and exposure to the many different aspects of operating a large sports and recreation facility.
