THE JOB / Senior Hospitality Director (Payment Services Client)
EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
***Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (2-3 days week in office) in one of our office locations - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, or Atlanta, GA.
Our client is an award-winning Payment Services brand known for their iconic marketing initiatives. We are searching for a Senior Hospitality Director who will be responsible for overseeing an Americas Hospitality Calendar of events associated with client's property partnerships. This position will have a strong focus on project management, global events and product and service integrations.
This position is best suited for a candidate inspired by working in a team environment with a diverse group of people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. This position requires a strong and advanced skill set in the Executive/B2B hosting hospitality space, providing leadership to our team's delivery of hospitality, project management, asset utilization and agency integration.
Our future Senior Hospitality Director should be someone with experience leading and hosting in Motorsports, Golf and Entertainment, coupled with a customer-centric mindset possessing the social savvy required to work across multiple marketing disciplines.
THE WORK YOU'LL DO
- Serve as a reliable agency contact for client sponsorship, internal client departments and agency partners
- Oversee Americas Hospitality Programming (Canada, US & LATAM) for sponsorships across multiple geographic regions and events
- Oversee Americas Hospitality Programming for Motorsports, Golf and Entertainment properties
- Collaborate with the Americas team managing the multiple properties' team relationship
- Serve as the client liaison for Americas/B2B Hospitality and Product Service Integration
- Manage an Americas based team to plan and execute high profiled B2C/B2B events
- Integrate client's products and services into sponsorship programs
- Serve as an experiential expert to ideate on innovative ways to convey client messaging through events and hospitality
- Oversee B2B programming and Executive onsite management
- Manage finance trackers, budgets, and program reconciliations
- Develop sales decks and presentations to be presented to internal and external audiences
- Support the agency experiences team as a key member of the hosting and hospitality vertical, bringing new insights and ideas to an evolving industry
- Spanish speaker required, Portuguese is a plus!

- A passion for hospitality, sports, entertainment & travel
- A passion for events/experiences, ranging from large-scale custom experiences to small-scale turnkey events
- 7-10-year(s) work experience in hospitality or experiential marketing and proven experience managing VIP and executive groups
- Experience working internationally or as part of a global team is a benefit, as too if you have first-hand experience working at a major event such as Formula 1, Olympics, FIFA World Cup etc we'd love to hear from you
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to communicate concisely, persuasively and effectively, across multiple mediums

- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: High (45%-65%)$100,000.00 - $120,000.00
