Job description

Position Overview:
Phoenix Rising FC is seeking passionate individuals who want to kick start their sports career with our Sales & Service Internship. We are looking for students to join our team for the second half of the 2026 season (July - October with potential playoffs in November). The position will assist in sales, service, event planning, and more! This position is unpaid and will be eligible for college credit.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and create revenue generating ideas through sales initiatives, prospecting, and events
  • Perform game day responsibilities including, but not limited to, working the Season Ticket Member headquarters, managing Member benefit items and distribution, assisting in any group experiences, and supporting the Premium set up, check-in table, and breakdown
  • Develop and learn sales techniques for individual game buyers and groups through sales trainings
  • Other duties as assigned by Ticket Sales team

Qualifications:
  • Desire to work in sports post-graduation
  • College student majoring in sports business, marketing, or related field
  • Eligible for college credit
  • Have reliable transportation to Phoenix Rising Stadium
  • Available to work ALL home games during from July - October (8 Home Games - 1 Wednesday & 7 Saturdays from July 18th - October 24th) with potential playoffs in November
  • Available to work in the office one (1) day per week for at least four hours
  • Available to work non-game events, such as watch parties and Season Ticket Member events
